What personal data do we process and for what reason? Booking.

To provide you with the service of booking of the photographic services, we need to send your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, country of residence) and information relating to the reservation to the Photographer, in so that they can provide you with the services you have requested. We will use your email to send you a booking confirmation. We will only use your phone number and e-mail to clarify any matter relating to your booking and to contact you in ways you have chosen prior to booking if you have any questions about our services. We will use your payment details for the following purposes:

  • block the amount available (the amount of the service and, if the customer has selected it, the amount of the protection of the deposit and the security deposit) until the confirmation of the reservation;
  • withdraw the amount available (the amount of the service and, if the customer has selected it, the amount of the protection of the deposit and the security deposit) after confirming the booking.
